He laughed slightly, watching as she made her way towards the water, backing. His mouth opened as she neared the rock, and the words had barely begun when she tripped. "Roxie, watch --" He sighed as she fell in and mumbled the last word. "-- out." He got to his feet and hurried over to her.
"You okay?" He pulled out his wand as he stepped down into the creek, muttering a spell that dried her clothes and hair off. He then looked back at her and raised his eyebrows, waiting for her to tell him if she was hurt or anything.

Roxie watched with great amusement as Jon rushed over to her; come on. It was pretty funny. Like, the sort of thing that would happen in a cartoon, funny. When he dried her off, she pouted slightly. The water had begun to feel nice, and she had got used to the cold against her pale skin, and it no longer stung.
She nodded, and smiled at him. "I'm fine, worry-guts." She let out a little laugh, and clutched at his arm, staring down into the clear water at her ankle. She moved it left and right, and it suddenly had a dull ache that made her frown. She shook her head though, the frown disappearing, and took a few more steps into the water, letting go of Jon's arm.
When she got so deep that the water was almost touching her shorts, Roxie looked up at the roaring waterfall, feeling little flecks of the liquid dotting her face. She smiled, and waded further in, lifting her feet from the sandy, rocky ground. Sure, she was getting wet again, but that could always be fixed afterwards with the help of a wand, right?
Right.
The Fina began to hum a familiar tune happily, and glanced over her shoulder at the Head Boy. Light lyrics to a song left her lips,
"I never should of waited so long to say What I've always known since the very first day Thought that you would stay forever with me But the time has come to leave
Before we turn out the lights and close our eyes I'll tell you a secret I've held all my life Its you that I live for, and for you I die So I'll lay here with you till the final goodbye..."
Her singing was faint, but could still be heard.
Roxie caught sight of a bright pink flower to the right of her. Turning her head, she saw that there were a small cluster of them, on vines, all up the rock side, to the right of the falls. She swam closer, and grabbed hold of a place where there was a dent in the rock, and pulled herself up. Lifting up a hand, she plucked one of the small flowers from it's vine, before throwing herself back into the water with a small squeal and giggle.

He smiled at her singing, hearing the words just barely. He watched as she swam over to some flowers, launching herself back into the water with squealing and giggling. He grinned, wading in himself. He decided upon something then, and he ducked underwater, swimming until he was behind her. He scooped her up from under the water, surfacing and spraying water from his mouth. His hair was plastered to his forehead, falling well below his eyes at this point. Dang, he needed a haircut. He grinned at her and said,"Well, I suppose you got that swim you wanted, huh?"

As Roxie sank further underwater, waiting for something that she could kick up from to reach the surface, she felt another's touch, someone else's skin against hers. She knew it was Jon, of course; who else could it be? Ugh. That thought made her shudder... I mean, who knew what else could have been in that water with her?
Still, she knew it was Jonathan, and that was what counted.
"My hero!" she laughed, grinning back. Her arms went instinctively around his neck, and she coughed a little, turning her head away from him slightly as she sprayed water just about everywhere. Her blond hair was partially over her face, covering one bright eye. She flipped it back, causing a little more water to escape, and smiled, replying, "Yes, yes I did, as well as the flower."
She sniffed at the flower that was in her hand, still with all it's petals on, and made a face. "Ugh, that smells gross... like... like... when Muggle's have gas leaks. It's stinks." She then smiled, and went on, "But it looks nice, anyway."
