Elliott sat on the dusty glass of the case, underneath his pinstripe panted ass was the shrunken head of a pixi or something. Not like the tall boy really cared much, he just had to get out of the friends circle for a bit. The Museum was his only outlet, somewhere that he wouldn't be bothered. Black bangs fell into his aqua eyes, yes he had reinserted his contacts again. The whole grey eyes was only for the dance. However, it didn't matter since a pair of large lensed lime green sunglasses were over them, hiding the sadness that was in his eyes. Being without Cove, was starting to make him feel depressed and boy was he missing the bubble-machine. Clutched in his hand was a lime green i-pod that was playing Scars by Papa Roach in his ears.
Swinging one of his Chuck Taylor AllStars against the case, he thought over what Cove had said to him at the dance. Love...did the Elly even know what that was? He wore no lip rings, after all the hustle and bustle of the Valentines dance he had somehow misplaced his array of colourful rings. Really, he did want to know what happened to them, and who stole them. It was starting to peeve him just a little bit, the fact that he had to walk around with a hole in his lip with no colourful thing to fill it. That's what he needed, was some color. This being why he wore his lime green polo shirt with pink undershirt, along with his lime green sunglasses and ipod. Today, was going to be colourful. He didn't know why, but he felt that it had to be.

Cove lay on his matress, curled up into a small ball. He'd been in the hospital wing for about a week now, the nurses fretting over him. Honestly, he'd tried to get out of there, but he hadn't gotten far when they'd caught him and dragged him back. Ugh. He hated that place. Now, finally released late last night, he was asleep in his own bed for once. As he lay there, his eyes slid open, and he groaned, clutching his head. He had a terrible headache, but nothing a little waking up couldn't cure. He got to his feet, staggering a little, and managed to dress in something pretty comfortable. It wasn't as tight as his clothes usually were, but it wasn't completely baggy. He just didn't feel like being reminded of that feeling just yet...
His tongue ran over his liprings as he looked at himself in the mirror. His hair had grown a bit and now reached his shoulders, his bangs brushing against his jawline. It needed a trim, but he just really didn't feel like it right now. He was dressed in a pair of jeans that felt big on him, but it was only because they were a normal size for a boy his size. But since he wore his clothes tighter, it was a strange sensation. A white shirt had been thrown on, one that had a picture of a guy smoking in black and the words in all capital letters 'Go ahead. Keep smoking. I want you to die...' He slipped into his black converses, his studded belt firmly in place at his waist. His two liprings were still in, his constants, and the one above his lip was there as well.
His hair today fell straight, not curling at all, which was how he liked it, and often simply flopped in front of his face. A pair of dark sunglasses covered eyes that were tired and wary, though their blue-gray color was lined in eyeliner. He left his room, walking through the halls, and decided to stop by the museum. No one was ever there, and he was tired of the stares and pointing of people. Ugh. With a groan he slipped inside, turning to look around, and feeling his mouth part as his eyes were drawn to the bright splash of color in the room. Elly was there. Dressed in a lime green striped shirt with a pink one under, a lime green iPod, and a pair of line green sunglasses. He froze, just staring at him, feeling like he was dreaming.
Suddenly, he couldn't help but smile, his first in days, and moved his shades for a moment to better look at him. Contacts were back in, giving him eyes the color of aqua, and as he replaced his sunglasses, he couldn't help but remember his last words to him. He had told him, admitted to it... He loved him. Ah, geez... Now, looking back, he felt pretty stupid. His eyes fell to the floor, and he bit his lower lip absently, his hands inside his pockets now. Of course, he wished he would have worn something more... fetching now that he saw his friend, who looked amazing. He looked like complete and utter crap. He thought of slipping back out the door, but knew it was too late for that, so he forced his head to lift and his eyes rest on him. "Elly..." he breathed, that smile returning in spite of his thoughts and worries.

Right in the middle of the song Last Resort, he heard an intake of breath that sounded like his name. His head turned lethargically, wondering what ducky friend had found him. The sight that met him made him drop his lime green ipod. It fell from his hand, swinging in midair by the cord of his earphones. Peircless mouth hanging slightly agape like an unhinged door. He was froze like that, his hand still held up as if holding the ipod that he had initially dropped. Eyes slowly taking in every inch of the boy a few feet away, finally a cheeky grin unfolded on his face.
"Cove!" he yipped, fumbling to grab his bungee jumping ipod and shoving it into his pinstripe pant pocket. He hopped off the display case and walked over to the other boy. "Your all better" He threw his arms around the other boy giving him a hug. He released Cove's fragile feeling body, and flicked his sunglasses up ontop of his head revealing his own aqua contact lensed eyes. They had no makeup...Elly had been rather lazy today. He would almost be considered natural if it wasn't for the contacts. He jumped up and clapped his hands excitedly. "I told you, you weren't a gonner." he said in his bubbly voice.

Cove watched as Elly turned, saw him, dropped the iPod, and proceeded to stare. He stared right back, but then his friend smiled, grabbing the iPod and stuffing it into a pocket as he spoke his name. He grinned at him, and smiled, feeling his arms around him. He returned the hug weakly, more surprised and blown away at seeing the lovely boy before him than anything. "Pretty much," he said in reply to the comment about being all better. Besides the sensitive stomach, headaches, and the weakness, he was peachy. Well, at least physically. Emotionally, yeah, he was pretty much a wreck, but it was probably all due to nearly being killed twice, almost losing his friends, being dragged between two boys, seeing his friend/ex-lover, and then admitting to loving the very boy standing before him.
Yeah, that would probably do it. Then the sunglasses were up, and Cove smiled, laughing a little as his friend jumped and clapped, nearly bubbling with excitement. He took off his own sunglasses, stuffing them into his now-looser jean pocket, one of the little earpieces hanging out of the pocket, running down the side and basically clipping on from the inside. He then smiled up at Elly. "So..." He cleared his throat, making a face at his hoarse voice. "How have you been, Elly?" He needed to know that everything had been okay, both for his sanity and for Elly's sake. Besides, talking about normal things would be a nice change for him, and it would take his thoughts away from that little darkened road they were travelling on that ended with him making a fool out of himself and hurting both of them by bringing up those three little words he'd let slip last time when he'd been dying.
Yeah, that'd be real smooth. He nearly groaned, but caught himself, and smiled at Elly. "You look fantastic today," he said, slowly slipping back into his old self. "How long have you had the iPod and those sunglasses?" He was smiling now, and it was reaching his eyes. God, he was still tired, but he wasn't going to sleep for an eternity. No, he needed to get out of beds and out of dreams. Because sleeping meant dreaming, and dreaming meant nightmares, and nightmares meant waking up terrified and either screaming or shaking in your bed. Not fun. Not fun at all. Without even thinking, he reached up and brushed a lock of hair out of Elly's face, moving it so he could see more of him. When he realized what he was doing, he simply let his hand fall back down, shoving both of them in his pockets to keep himself from doing it again and smiling at Elly, managing to not blush. Thank God.

Elly smiled cheekily under the compliment, and wiggled slightly in place. Some of his hair had fallen down to cover half his face, and when Cove moved that hair he nearly kissed the boys hand. The urge to grab his hand in Ellys own and kiss the fingertips was nearly overwhelming...but he wasn't sure where they stood. It was almost better to be safe for the moment. "Actually I went and bought them today. Shirt too. I lost all my liprings, actually I think someone stole them, and needed some colour." he twirled in place as if modelling it off to Cove.
His sunglasses slipped from atop his head, and down over the bridge of his nose. It was almost like seeing Cove in a new view. Woah. Elly was nearly knocked over. It wasn't so much the sunglasses but the fact that when he had twirled, he had twirled closer to him again. He was so glad that Cove was alright...Oh fuck it! Elly's hands grabbed the back of Cove's neck and pulled the other boys mouth to his. Fuck it ALL. He kissed the friend that had almost left him, and then let him go very gently as if apologizing for the rather rough grab and press. "I really am glad you are okay. You scared us all." He mumbled through a rather satisfied smirk. Oh Elly was being naughty. Tsk tsk.

Cove laughed a little, and grinned when Elly twirled in place as if to model off his new look. Then all of a sudden, Elly was very very close, and Cove blinked before hands were at the back of his neck and Elly's mouth was pressed against his. A little surprised, he gave in, feeling an almost giddyness bubble up inside, but he supressed it enough that he wouldn't burst into helpless laughter and therefore end up falling on the ground or looking like an idiot. Then Elly had pulled away, and he smiled at him, catching that smirk. "I'm terribly sorry for scaring all of you. I do believe that I'll be staying rather far away from the wine for a while..." He laughed a little and tilted his head slightly to the side.
"You know, green is so your color..." Then, before he could stop himself again, he was pressed against Elly, one hand threaded in the back of his hair and the other wrapped around his waist. Then he looked into his friend's eyes for but a moment before his lips brushed across Elly's, once, twice, and even three times. Then he gave in, pressing his lips to Elly's, lids covering those stormy depths. God, he had wanted to do just this for so long, and he just hoped that he wasn't moving too fast. But hey, nearly dying? Yeah, that makes you think. And right now, he didn't want to second-guess himself, he just wanted to trust his heart for once in his life. Afterall, it wouldn't lead itself to get broken, now would it?

Oh wow, this was getting hot and heavy. Elly reaction wasn't surprise when Cove started with three chaste kisses before the other boy was suddenly wrapped around him with lips locked together. All Elly could really think was 'ahhh this is nice' as he finally drew away from the other boy to take a breath. Up for air, but not for too fucking long! Elly swooped back in again, this time his lips slightly apart and his tongue gently brushing against the others lips in a rather affectionate caress. Well well, this was definately getting a little hot. His one hand moved to behind Cove's neck, while the other contented itself at his chest. Lips parting again so that his tongue grazed Cove's lips in a tease, a taste.
Ooc|| Finish this later lovely Aimee. Im sorry for the wait, lots of business. I graduate this year, and well...you know.

Cove nearly melted when Elly responded, feeling his hand behind his neck and the other against his chest. His own fingers were laced through Elly's hair, though his other hand was wrapped around Elly's waist. They broke apart for air, but it didn't last long, and soon they were locked in a kiss once more. He felt himself slipping off the edge, felt as though the world was moving under his feet. He couldn't believe it was finally happening... It was so strange, but it felt so right... Then he felt something brush across his lips, and he felt his breath catch as his heart skipped a beat. It was already racing, the darned thing. Ah, well, this was more than worth whatever his heart or his body did...
Then Elly's tongue slid across his lips once more, and a little sound escaped his throat to slip into the air, sounding a little like a moan... Whatever it was, it was purely out of joy and desire... His lips parted, and his tongue slipped out to test the new area. Before it could get away, he captured Elly's tongue with his own, fusing the two together for a moment. He broke away for a split second, finding it a little harder to catch his breath, before he was back again, his lips parted once more. His tongue this time teased Elly's before slipping into Elly's mouth, wanting to taste more... It was as though it was claiming it for himself, in some strange way, but whatever it was, it didn't look to be stopping anytime soon...
((Sorry it took so long, Elly love! Both of my computers died, so I was all lonely without them... *hugs* ))
