{Because someone had to post here! xD}
Was that a unicorn horn? One Alexander leaned forward, carefully studying the long thin artifact in it's glass case. This place wasn't half bad... Plus, it was empty and cool; a perfect place to think. And thinking was something the Lioano really needed to do right now, as it was Aimee's birthday pretty soon - September the sixteenth, in fact - and he was drawing blanks as to what to give her.
Taking her out would be nice... but where? Shaded Nights had been alright, but they'd already been there twice... There was this fancy place outside of school grounds, but they'd have to sneak out and in, which was hardly romantic, and besides, taking Aimee to a restaurant was probably what she expected him to do, and it wouldn't be a good treat if it wasn't a surprise, would it?
Alex sighed, running a hand through his hair and sighing. He walked to one of the furthest corners of the room, where there was a massive window with a little seat in it. He sat down, back against the wall, one leg bought up onto the seat, the other down and brushing the floor.
"Quiet, isn't it? Sometimes the peace is nice."
The sudden voice behind him made Alex jump, turning his head. There was a tall, thin, pretty girl standing in the middle of the hall, watching him with a smile. She was wearing a short, spaghetti-strap dress in a thin, white material, and her blond hair was covered by a wide, white, plastic, hair-band. For a change, Christina-Daniella Newman was wearing no make-up apart from a glittery clear gloss on her lips.
Alexander frowned slightly in confusion, and called back to her, "Do I know you?" The girl looked familiar, but he couldn't place where he's seen her. He gained a small laugh in response.
"Not, like, well," Tina replied. "But we met in Potions class last week." She paused, watching him nod and realize who she was, before continuing slowly. "I'm your cousin, too. Very distantly, like." The Fina nodded, stepping forward and sitting next to him on the seat, as he moved his leg over the side to join the other.
"We're related?" Alexander asked, looking slightly surprised. It didn't surprise him too much, though, as he didn't actually know a great majority of his family anyway. He watched as she nodded again, asking, "So... what're you doing here, anyway?"
{Crap ending, but I wanted to keep it wide open for anyone who wanted to join. -begs- Oh, and it would be a good idea if you knew one of the chars before joining. It would just be easier for them to interact. =)}
