Stilletto heel snapped off, as soon as her foot had hit the floor. The sudden movement of her foot sliding, and then the tip of the slender heel getting caught in a hole in the ice caused for quite the drama. Falling flat on her ass was not something that Tryyn was quite used to, or liked for that matter. A frustrated half scream left her mouth, as her cheeks flustered and she pouted her lips. Other students seemed to take mild pleasure in watching the school's queen bee take a hit. Once she sent her glare around most of them shut their mouths and hurried onward. Standing up, she removed her unbroken heel and proceeded to break the heel off that one too. Placing it back on her foot, she now had a new stylish looking pair of things that seemed to be between heels and flats. A smirk on her face, she flipped her glossy brown curls over her shoulders, while her skin prickled into goosebumps on the flesh of her neck. She wasn't exactly dressed to be walking through this hall.
Dark tanned legs sprouted bare from her short jean skirt, the ten inches of thigh were slightly faded and had a worn look. The end was frayed, and olive green and brown stripped socks reached up her calves to her knees. Top was brown, and designed like a yumi crop top except that it went down further so that only about two inches of her tanned midriff was showing. The neckline went down to show the top of her peeking clevage and her collarbones. She applied some lipgloss to her heart shaped lips and continued walking. Actually, more of slipping since the surface of the hallway was ice and it made dangerous footing with 'normal' shoes on. She held her jean purse out from her side, as she tried to keep her balance. One foot slipped, and her whole body started falling backwards, not before being caught from behind from another person. Turning her head she muttered a slight grudging thanks.
O.o.c// Person who posts should fill the role of the person who caught her. =/ Sorta gives you something to start your post with.

Why did so many people come down here? Alex grumbled angrily as he scrambled down the Ice Pass, trying not to slip as well as not to knock anyone else down with an accidental push. The amount of people in the small, slippery corridor made it even harder to get through there, and people kept giving him dirty looks. It was hardly his fault that they got in the damn way when he was concentrating not to push over the first years, was it? They should be more aware of their own bloody surroundings, for the love of Merlin.
He was only down here because he needed something to eat, and was beginning to wish that he had discarded the thought of warm, cooked food and made do with the couple of chocolate frogs and the banana that were in his trunk. They would have kept him going for long enough, and he wouldn't have to put on this thick jumper and jeans, and could have worn something just a little less warm and claustrophobic, or tried to slither down Ice Pass and inflict bruises on both himself and people around him.
Alex was busy shooting a return glare and a quiet at someone who he had just pushed by mistake, who had gone off on him with a yell of a swear word and a look that could kill, when he was suddenly pushed himself. He turned his head to see a head of dark hair as a girl's body collided somewhat gracefully with his as she slipped, and he caught her by the arms awkwardly, having been pushed against the slippery wall. At least that gave him balance so he didn't fall over himself or drag the girl he had caught down with him.
When Tryyn - whose name nor face he recognized at all - murmured her thanks, he smiled in a friendly fashion and said cheerfully (well, cheerfully considering the circumstances that he was in, being pressed against the wall in a gaggle of people fighting to get food and trying not to fall on their asses), "No worries."

Tryyn's nose wrinkled ever so slightly, but then relaxed again. She knew who this was. He was in the same house as her; and he had a cute friend. Yeah, not that he wasn't a looker. Wait...he has a girlfriend right? Ehhhm whats-er-face. So? Tryyn moved out of his grasp, dark brown hair flicking at her shoulder blades as she turned fully to face him. "Good thing you were there...could have been a rather nasty fall." She said, her voice smooth as honey. Dark hazel eyes flicked down the hallway, then back to him. Adjusting her jean skirt, for it had rode up considerably and it wasn't that she was uncomfortable but rather that it didn't look fashionable that way. "Heading my way handsom?" She asked, raising an eyebrow and using that old line. If anything; it would make him laugh perhaps.
Tryyn was a hopeless flirt despite the fact that they may be comitted to a relationship. Mostly it was she didn't care.
O.o.c// Should have been longer...but I am grounded from the computer and sneaking on to put this up as it is.
