Ooc|| The way this is gonna work:
I have changed my mind, there will be no posting order. For your first posts, you must include how the students day went, what the were doing before they went to bed, perhaps describe their room and what they wear to bed. Then you must describe their Death Eater when he/she attacks, how they look and what they do. Then, probably, how your character reacts to what they do. LET THE FUN BEGIN.||
Nothing much had happened today. It had been a normal, boring day, with no lessons and nothing to do. The sun had shined briefly, making Alex glad and hoping he could go out to play sports or Quidditch, but no; about six and a half seconds later the skies had opened and rain had poured down.
Great, that had been.
So Alex, unable to find Aimee, for some strange reason, simply retired to the common room to read his beloved Quidditch magazines. The time crept by, slower than a snail, until he felt to desperate that he wished he was tired, just so he could go to bed for something to do. But, no. He was wide awake, and ended up spending what felt like three hours listening to the fire crackling away and watching the rain pound violently against the windows.
Eventually, he dragged himself off the bright couch, slouching up to the stairs that led to the boys' dormitory rooms. He unlocked his own room, and went in, glad to see that it looked the way it always did; messy. The bed was unmade, and there were even more clothes strewn about than the last time Aimee had visited. He got undressed, flinging his clothes over the back of a nearby wooden chair.
When he finally got to sleep, which took a while due to the fact that Alexander wasn't tired in the slightest, it was a bad one. He woke up several times, frightened by dreams he couldn't remember, and tossed and turned most of the night. It was when he finally fell into a peacefully deep sleep that the lock on his door clicked open.
The shadow of a female Death Eater swept inside, and the door closed quietly, not causing Alex to stir. "Good morning, unfortunate one..." the Death Eater whispered, grinning beneath her ghastly mask, and pulling out her wand. 'Wingardium Leviosa' was murmured almost inaudibly beneath her breath, and Alex's desk suddenly began to float. The woman guided the object with her wand until it was directly over the Lioano student's bed, before jerking it downward quickly, smashing onto the boy beneath.
It wasn't very painful, no; but it was creative, and quite the unpleasant awakening for the unexpecting Alexander.
Ooc|| Post away! xD||

Caliban had went through a pretty normal day. It had rained, so he had been confined indoors. He had decided to spend most of the day in the library, until Adam found him. Then the two had just walked around, ending up in one of the high towers. They bounced a ball back and forth and just talked before heading to dinner then to the common room. They had been joined by many other Lioano boys, but they hadn't paid much attention, really.
He had went up to bed, and Adam had followed a moment later. It was then that Adam had told him to keep his wand with him and to be ready to fight or hide at the slightest word. He hadn't questioned him. If Adam told him something like that, it usually meant that he had been ordered to do something by the Death Eaters. Poor guy was stuck with them, whether he liked it or not. But Caliban knew he was just worried about him. They had fallen asleep not long after.
It was then that they heard voices from the other rooms, just after Adam entered and sat down, his head in his hands. He got up and looked at his friend, silent. He nodded. He knew what had happened. Suddenly, the door cracked, and a Death Eater hissed something inaudible, and Adam was thrown back against the wall. There was a sickening crunching sound, and Adam gasped and grabbed his leg. It was twisted at an odd angle. His wrist, which he had landed on, had been sprained it seemed, and his lip was busted from its collision with the lamp. He had few cuts and bruises.
Then the Death Eater, which was a tall man, advanced on Adam. He had short black hair, cut up to above his eyebrows, and bright green eyes. He looked ready to kill. Cal jumped to his feet. What was going on here?! He managed to plant himself in front of Adam just as the Death Eater screamed,"Crucio!" Cal fell to the floor, writhing in pain, and uttered a scream. The Death Eater's lip curled, and he finally lifted the curse, only to scream,"Crucio!" This time he held it longer, and the process was repeated multiple times. Adam was unconscious, knocked out from a lamp that had fallen onto his head as his friend kicked the dresser in his pain.
This continued for some time before the Death Eater lifted it and shouted,"Sectumsempra!" He slashed Cal's chest, leaving a gaping wound that was bleeding profusely. As a shout rang out in the hallway, he knew they had been found out. They had to get out of here, and quick. He made his way towards the door, intent on getting out of here alive.
((If anyone has a teacher that wants to stop him, feel free. I'll bring mine in after everyone else is attacked. I just didn't want to hold things up with these two. ^^))

For Alexys, it had been a pretty mediocre day. He'd woken up in Serphius's beautiful room, stiff necked and smiling, Vamplew asleep on his chest, and Serphius eagle-spread on a bundle on cushions on the floor. They'd been out again the previous night, but his head was marvelously un-achy. So, he borrowed some clean clothes from Serphius, and they had spent the day lolling around the school, laughing about the night's happenings, and planning what to do the next night. It had unfortunately been raining, so they had to stay inside, but he felt that neither of them cared much. It was nice just to have each other's company.
After dinner, he had returned to the Lioano common room, feeling a little deflated. Serphius had excused himself half-way through the meal, and asked politely if he could spend the evening alone, which had felt like a brief slap to the face for Lexi. They never spent the evenings alone.
Around ten o'clock - scarily early for him to retire - Alexys left the common room, and practically crawled to his room. He was feeling tired. Locking the door behind him, he peeled off the too-big black shirt, and kicked off the too-long black jeans, making a mental note to return them to his friend. Spotting a ball of fluffy lurking on his un-made bed, he scooped up the tiny cat named Claret, and snuggled it.
"Not a fun day, eh, pusshie?" he murmured, kissing the top of her tiny head. She mewed indignantly, and wriggled from his grasp, back onto the bed. Smiling slight, Lexi took off his boxers, and pulled on a pair of bright green pajama bottoms, and pulled the small blue ribbon from his hair, dropping it onto his table where it was lost among a mess of cloth, other ribbons and bit and bobs that he used for making and changing clothes. Making them his clothes. A half finished jacket lay over the back of the rickety wooden chair that was tucked in beside the craft table. Alexys frowned at it. He had been making it for Serphius.
Heaving a sigh, he turned out the main light, plunging the red room into darkness. Only a single candle remained. It threw distorted shadows against the walls. Pale brown eyes watched the candle flame flicker in some unseen draugh and he tried to gather himself to blow it out. Fumbling fingers removed the small silver ring from his lip, and placed it on the bedside table, before he sat up, squeezed his eyes shut, and blew out the candle.
He couldn't sleep. He couldn't get a single wink of sleep, and he didn't know why. It was like the night was holding his breath, like something was going to happen. Shrugging it off, he rolled over. It was just paranoia. The air wasn't pregnant with suspense, a horrible crime that would take the lives of many wasn't going to happen...
And that's when the first cries came up.
Alexys barely had time to sit bolt upright when his door was violently blown in, and a large figure dressed from head to foot in black robes barged into the room, knocking over his table. Lexi hollered, and flung himself off the bed - just in time to avoid a rather ominous looking beam of red-ish light. The figure came lumbering to wards him, and he managed to duck out of the way, trying to get behind him, to get to the door. Lexi managed to squeeze pass, a cry of hysterical laughter of his lips when a strong hand clamped down on his wrist. He was spun around, and with his free hand, eyes shut, he swung. Knuckles made contact with the Death Eater's nose - and incredibly lucky shot - and pain shot up his arm, writing like a snake. Tears steaming down his face, the Lioano boy dashed out the door - and right into the arms of two waiting Death Eaters. Screaming, struggling, thrashing with every last ounce of power he owned, panic clenched his heart like an icy burning fist. Strong fingers worked their way around his neck, and he gasped for breath as darkness - horrible smothering darkness, the stuff of his nightmares - seemed to work it's way right into his head...

Darien had been patrolling the corridors after reading in his office for most of the day, more or less just taking a walk to clear his head. He just wanted to enjoy the quiet... and to catch up with his brother. But Alec had been called back by Professor James. She'd needed to ask him about something, and so Darien had continued, determined to enjoy himself and relax. He had been on the second floor by this time, and all seemed well enough. He couldn't shake this feeling of dread, though...
It was then that screams pierced the air. He started. They were coming from the Lioano common room... Oh no. "Expecto Patronum!" he shouted, sending it to warn the other professors. It was the quickest way to send a message around here. And it had been decided to be the "alert" signal for danger. He muttered a spell to leave a trail behind it, which glowed red, so the others could follow if they couldn't hear the screams.
He then ran inside, heading for where the screams were coming from: the boys' dormitory. He sprinted up the stairs, nearly colliding with two Death Eaters. Well, lucky him. They were choking one of the students, Alexys Prso. Darien shouted,"Stupefy!" He aimed for the one doing most of the choking, then resorting to tackling the other. He just wanted to save Lexi. That was all that mattered. If he got hurt in the process, so be it. It would be worth it to save the students...
((Okay, Pickle. Darien's supposed to get hurt badly. I mean, hospitalized for a long time badly, but not killed. Think you're up to it? ^^ xD))

The vice grip around his neck slackened, and the semi-conscious Alexys slumped to the floor, wheezing dangerously, the tears rolling down his face. The stupefied Death Eater went down like a sack of coal, but the other was younger, stronger, and was quickly up on his feet in a matter of seconds, delivering a swift kick to the face of the professor that had tackled him.
The world swam violently before the eyes of Lexi. He had managed to pull himself to his feet, still rasping and gasping for breath. He watched the Death Eater level his wand at the man who'd more than likely just saved his life. He didn't just watch, however, when from a hidden mouth, some sort of obscene spell was mutter. No. He flung himself forward, bringing his elbow hard into the ribs of the black clad figure. The spell, instead of hitting the brave teacher square in the face, skimmed off the older man's shoulder, much to Alexys's dismay. A cry spilled off his lips as both he and the Death Eater fell over the other that had been stupefied, and went careering into the wall with a painful thud!
(Ehh....Hope that's what you were looking for...I couldn't think of a spell that would do long-term but non-fatal damage....Sorry for slight God-modeling. I tried to avoid it.)

God, he was so tired... Most of the day, Adam had used up his time by hastily finishing off a tall pile of homework. They had been given several pieces at the start of the holidays, most given on the very last lesson of the term, and he was almost sure that he was the only person in the whole year - which, in reality he probably wasn't - that hadn't done it.
Then, he had gone out to buy food for his stupid mouse. Why did he have a mouse? Why couldn't it have been a great damn dog ready to bite the crap out of anyone why dared oppose him? Because Adam's story didn't have a happy ending, that's why.
Then, after that, he went to the school broom cupboard. He kept his old broomstick there instead of his room; he was so paranoid about it being stolen it needed to be placed somewhere sneaky, secretive and unexpected. Knowing that, though, he was still stupid enough to store it in the broom cupboard. Oh, yeah, that was so mysterious. Anyway, he went to the broom cupboard, got his broom and spent several hours soaring round and round in circles over the Quidditch pitch.
Now he was back, though, cold and wet and shivering. But, at least he was happy. Ish. As soon as he reached the common room, he rushed upstairs, changing in his room into a pair of loose trousers and a warm top, then went back downstairs. Alexander Aindrea was there, and he sat as far away from the other Lioano a he could. He ended up lying on a couch in the corner, legs flat, feet on the opposite arm, a sketch book in his hand. It was his last piece of homework, and simple task that required drawing a Venomous Tentacula.
After about half an hour he snapped the book shut, yawning. Alex had left, and Adam did the same, climbing the stairs to the boys' dormitory wearily. He reached his own room and, without taking off the comfortable clothes, collapsed onto the bed, asleep within seconds.
Adam knew something was wrong the second he woke. It was probably either Alex's outraged yell from the room next door, or the fact that he saw a bulky black shadow lurking at the end of he bed, wand raised, that made him realize this, but whatever it was, it scared him shit-less. The Death Eater in his room managed to get halfway through a yelled, "CRUCI-" before Adam yanked the lamp off his bedside table, grabbing his wand in his other hand at the same time, and flung it at the Death Eater, knocking it's wand out of it's hand. A swear word burst from the Death Eater's mouth, but Adam was already up. He grabbed a chair near his own desk and quickly threw it at his attacker, who staggered, shouting. Adam ran to the door, yanking it open and rushing out, tripping slightly as he slammed the door behind him.
He knew the Death Eater would be back, but at least he was alive for now. He dashed next door, rushing into Alex's room. Alexander was now slumped against a wall opposite, rubbing his head wearily, where a bruise was quickly forming. He blinked his eyes, brain fuzzy and confused. To Adam's horror, the Death Eater screamed out a curse and Alex began writhing in agony and screaming.
"Stupefy!!" Adam shouted sharply.
The Death Eater slumped to the side, unconscious, and Alex stared up at his ex-friend in surprise, the curse now off him. He was still sore, though, and getting up to his feet was pretty tough. Voice hoarse, the dark-haired Lioano muttered, "Why did- how come you stopped..." He gestured towards the attacker, words not coming out.
"We fell out, man, but I wouldn't wish you dead," Adam replied, a small smile weakly appearing on his features. "Even if you'd wish me." They were cut off as the Death Eater from Adam's room flew in, face red with anger. The door, which Adam had been standing right in front of, hit him in the back, knocking him sideways. He fell to the carpet, head hitting the wall hard, and lost his own consciousness.
The Death Eater advanced on Alex, and bellowed, "CRUCIO!" There was a nasty little smirk on the attacker's face that Alexander was sure would haunt him for the rest of his life. The curse hit him, and the excruciating pain struck him once more. The last thing he remembered before he passed out was hearing his own screams, mingled in with the Death Eater's chilling laughs...

Darien felt a foot collide painfully with his face, and he was thrown back. Blood began to pour from his mouth. Damn Death Eater. He then found himself staring at a wand, only to have the spell instead strike his shoulder. It was just above his heart, which was probably lucky, but it was certainly a crippling blow. His knees soon found the floor as he clutched his chest in pain. Whatever he had used on him, it was brutal. If it had hit his face or his heart, he would certainly be dead, but instead, he was just weak. Very weak.
He managed to move to try and help the boy. He flicked his wand at the boy, the spell he used simply allowing him to glide over the ground and land softly against the wall, before he pointed his wand at the Death Eater and muttered,"Petrificus totalus..." He hoped it would work, and he moved to try and knock his wand away from him. As long as the students were safe... One hand still clutched his chest, where his shoulder was beginning to bleed. His left arm was numb by now, and the feeling was spreading. This didn't look so good...
((So, basically, whatever spell he used is making his body go numb. It'll be something like a poision or something, only from a spell. Yeah, something like that. xD My brain's not working too well... And sorry for the g-moding, Pickle! I hope it's okay.))

Elizabeth had gotten Darien's message. She had grabbed her wand and sprinted down the hall, yelling to the other teachers to get their butts up there and help. She followed the trail, soon finding herself at the Lioano common room. She flew inside, hearing the screams and starting for the stairs. She saw fighting going on, and she soon found herself looking at two fallen Death Eaters, a student, and Darien Edwards. She shot him one look of concern before sprinting to Alexander Aindrea's room.
She heard the screams, and she found two unconscious students and a Death Eater torturing Alexander. She shouted,"Stupefy!" She had aimed directly at the Death Eater's back, and she had made no noise to alert him of her presence. She then moved towards him, keeping her wand aimed at him just in case, and went to check Alex. She dropped to his side, checking his pulse, but she kept an eye all the while on the Death Eater. She wasn't going to take any chances...

((Okay, I'm having him rush Cal to the hospital wing, that way I can slowly work my characters out. I won't be back until Sunday after today, so try and move forward without me. I'm going to say the Death Eater ran out, but I'm also going to say that Braeden was right behind him, so Katie can have Brae attack Cal's Death Eater. xD))
Alec had heard the shouts, and he had rushed out of his office, just behind Elizabeth. Braeden had been not far behind him, but he had lost sight of the professor within time. Of course, he was much more focused on saving the students, and as he slid into the Lioano common room and sprinted up the stairs, he knew he had come not a moment too soon. He found most of the Death Eaters down for the count. For those that were down, he magicked ropes onto them, holding them there. He would get to the bottom of this.
He then saw Darien, and he rushed to his brother's side. Darien just waved him away, though it was a very feeble motion. He was slumped back against the wall, not even able to hardly move or breathe at this point. Alec found it hard to breathe, but he had to move on. He reluctantly shoved off the floor, shouting that they needed help NOW! He dashed into Cal and Adam's room, passing the Death Eater. He would have fought, but Cal's blood was everywhere. He gasped, loudly, at the amount of blood coming from his wounds. He quickly magicked a tourniquet of sorts to try and keep it from bleeding too much.
It worked a little, and it would probably be all that was keeping him alive. He then magicked two stretchers, moving the two boys slowly and carefully (magically, of course) onto the stretchers, strapping them in and moving for the door. He then moved for the hospital wing, hoping that Adeline would be here soon. She would know how to take care of Darien. They had to get him to the hospital wing soon, or he might not make it out of there alive...
((Okay. I'll bring him back later, possibly, to help with clean-up. Right now, I have Dom to use, too, so I should be good. Now everyone else must post before I can! =D))

He had laid around his dormitory all day, either on the bed, sitting on the floor with a book, or doing other things like Homework. Blond hair was ruffled and he sank back into his bed with a finale sigh, not bothering to get his pjs on. Blowing out the melting candle, he lay in the darkness. His eyes closing as he fell down the dark tunnel of sleep, he awoke with the nearby sound of screams. For a moment, he had thought it had just been his dream, and wiped his sweat coated bangs from his forehead, then he heard a sickening crash and yelling. Getting up he grabbed his onyx wand from the table and rushed over to the doorway, glancing out. At first he saw nothing, then a bright flash of green light and it illuminated the corridor to what was really there. A yell echoed in his head, only to find that it was himself yelling.

Braeden too, had – regretfully for him – received Darien’s Patronus. He had stumbled from his bed, grabbing a set of slightly crumpled, black robes and shoving them on, and followed the other teachers quickly but sleepily, wand clutched in one hand and raised in front of him.
When they all reached the Lioano boys’ dormitory corridor, they seemed to part ways. Brae watched Elizabeth worriedly, and called out her name faintly as she disappeared into Alex’s room, but it was too late. She hadn’t heard. She couldn’t have, not with all the spells and shouts resounding off the walls in the place.
He saw Darien, and frowned weakly. This was like a nightmare. Tearing his eyes away from the poor professor, Brae darted after Alec into Cal and Adam’s room. “Oh fuck.” Blood. Damn it, the warm red liquid was everywhere. Brae hadn’t really been a fan of bloody massacres when he was a Death Eater. No, it was much easier to just scream the spell and be done with it.
The Death Eater that was in there and hastily leaving passed him, but Braeden grabbed the guy by the wrist and yanked him back. The Death Eater staggered, yelling; Braeden was a strong guy, after all. The professor pulled the deceiving mask off the others face, a horrified expression appearing on his face.
“Thomas?” The previous expression was now gone, replaced with another one. One hungry, dangerous and slightly mad, and he smirked at the man who had quite literally ruined his life. This guy had only visited him the other day. It hadn’t been a pleasant meeting. “Come back to lose your good leg, eh?”
The Death Eater scoffed, pulling his arm roughly out of Braeden’s grasp and raising his wand. Brae was faster, though, wand already out, and murmured a spell that caused Thomas to fly backwards and bash into the wall. This left the exit free for Alec to leave with the two students and get them to safety. Well, as safe as the hospital wing was anyway, nowadays…
Braeden advanced on the other, now wand less, man. “Now, you’re really going to experience pain, you son of a bitch. Do you even know what the hell you did to me? Do you?!” He shoved his own wand closer, so that it pressed deeply into the skin of Thomas’ neck. The Potions Master still had that deadly glint in his eye, and all thoughts of being on ‘the good side’, with no murder or bloodshed seemed to have gone out of his head. He wanted to hurt this man, he really, really did.
But Thomas only laughed, staring the other man deliberately into his green eyes. “I know what I did.” He shrugged, and didn’t care less. “But I don’t think you’re going to do anything about it at all. Killing a defenceless man? I thought you were above that now, William.” At the glare, he grinned and added, “Oh, sorry. I forgot you changed your name when you ran away, coward. Braeden, huh?”
“Oh, just shut the fuck up, bastard.” Clearly, Thomas’ words hadn’t had any effect on the angry man. He still wanted revenge. “Because now I’m going to tell you what I’m going to do.”
“Really now?” Thomas asked, interrupting. “How do you intend to hurt me, exactly? Killing me would be simple; but then I’d be dead, and in no pain. I don’t love anyone; I doubt I can. Not like you. I know that all I’d have to do to hurt you was capture that whore, Miss James. The things I could do to her… torture and rape are only a couple…” Another airy laugh escaped his mouth, as if he didn’t have a care in the world. He loved the way he made Braeden so angry. “So what are you going to do to me, hmm?”
“Oh, you’re going to die,” Braeden said, laughing himself. “And you’re going to kill yourself.” He began to explain as the Death Eater raised an eyebrow curiously. “I’ve always been good with the Imperius Curse. Must have been my specialty, as it is yours. You made me kill my family, my perfect, accepting family, and now I’m going to make you kill yourself. In, sweet Merlin, the worst ways possible. I’ve been planning on meeting you again for a long time, and now’s my chance. Ready to meet hell?”
Then a chorus of screams reached his ears, bringing him back to earth. The Death Eaters must have got to the girls’ dormitories now. That was worrying. Nearly all of the professors had come to the boys’. Thomas picked up on this, and said, smiling cheerfully, “Someone needs to get over there and help those defenceless, useless girls. It could be you, you know. Are you really going to let them die because of petty revenge on one person? You surprise me, Will. Maybe you shouldn’t have left us Deathies, hmm? You could just let me go, you know.”
Considering, Braeden eventually let go of Thomas. The Death Eater smiled wickedly, grabbed his wand and disappeared out of the window, silver leg glinting in the moonlight. Brae sighed, tucking his own wand into his robes, and stepped backwards. When he reached the door, he paused to look back at the flapping curtains of the window.
He stayed for a second, then left; to the girls’ dormitories.
{Sorry about making the Death Eater Thomas. I just wanted to make things interesting. xDD}

((I'm going to say he got the Death Eater, that way I can get this going. If it's not okay, let me know, and I'll change it.))
Darien managed to drag himself to his feet. He looked at Lexi and said just over the screams and voices,"Come on, kid. Let's get you to the hospital wing. Go! Hurry, before anyone catches you. Keep your wand out, and look around every corner before you leave. I'd rather you not end up like me..." He gave him a bitter, half-smile before darting into another room.
It was Alex and Adam's room, and he looked at the unconscious Death Eater. He quickly magicked stretchers, lifting the boys with his wand and placing them on the stretchers, gently strapping them in. He then left Elizabeth, nodding to her. She set off to the hospital wing with the two in tow. He then went into the hall, seeing Kai Soudai in the midst of it all. He darted over to the boy (not sure if he's standing there or unconscious), and said to Elizabeth,"This one, too." She nodded and moved towards Kai, attempting to get him to go to the hospital wing with her. (Leaves it open for whichever one... xD) Darien then made his way to the girls' dormitories. He knew he would be needed there...
