Alexander watched Aimee leave. They had just had another date at Shaded Nights, and the Lioano had told his girlfriend to go on ahead, back up to the school, while he nipped back to get his jacket. He had told her that he would just be a couple of minutes; and he intended to be.
Pushing through a couple of crowds of people he came across their table, which was quite close to the bar, and grabbed his jacket from the chair. He looked through it, just to make sure that everything was there, standing still behind the chair that he had been sitting on.

Ana had been helping Adam behind the bar for most of the night, but he had let her go and have some fun for the past hour. She had been dancing the night away on the dance floor, dancing with anyone that wanted to. She had had her eye on a guy, but he was at a table with another girl. How disappointing.
As she headed to the bar to get a drink, she spotted said guy. He was alone. She grinned. It was time to work her magic. She walked over to him, her hips swaying in that feminine way. She was wearing dark blue jeans and a short, purple shirt with a jacket over it. It looked very good on her, and she knew it too.
She stepped up beside him and said,"Hey, stranger. Come on. Come get a drink with me." She was smiling, everything in her posture and expression showing that she was flirtng with him, and that she had no intentions of letting him get away any time soon. She planned on getting exactly what she wanted tonight, no matter what the cost.

"Damn..." Alex couldn't find his wallet, and was furiously searching the pockets of the jacket. He breathed a sigh of relief as he found it, looking up at the sound of a smooth voice.
"Hey, stranger."
He looked up, slightly dazed and wondering if whoever owned the voice was aiming the greeting at him. As it turned out, the owner of the voice was a stunning girl, and she was talking to him.
Alexander thought for a moment at the invitation of a drink, eventually replying, "Alright. What do they call you, pretty lady?" Hey, a drink wouldn't take too long. He'd have something small, drink it fast and tell her he'd see her later, before meeting up with Aimee. As for the flirting... well, he didn't intend it to be anything serious, and he wasn't going to cheat on Aimee, so it wasn't hurting anybody, now was it?

Ana grinned and said,"Follow me..." She took his hand and led him over to the bar, pointing him into the seat beside her. She then sat down and looked at Adam. He rolled his eyes and asked,"What can I get you two?"
Ana grinned and said,"I'll take a beer. Amber Bock. What about you?" The last part was directed at Alex, and Adam looked at him, waiting. Oh, if only Alex knew what Ana was planning for him... Maybe he would have thought twice about accepting her invitation.

Alex glanced down at their clasped hands, and dropped hers in a subtle way.
"... A butterbeer, thanks," he replied, nodding at Adam in acknowledgment, remembering noticing him from the last time he and Aimee had had dinner here.

Ana smiled at Alex, and Adam brought him a butterbeer, recognizing the man. What was he doing here with his cousin? For some reason, he figured he should get the hell away from there. Ana was going to be in some pretty deep shit before the night was over with. He just knew it. "Enjoy," he muttered before walking off to warn Matt.
Ana turned to Alex. "So, stranger, what's your name? I'm Anastasia, but you can call me Ana."

"Thank you," Alex said with a smile, taking two big gulps of the drink.
"I'm Alexander," he grinned. "But you can call me Alex. Anastasia? What a beautiful name. Do you go to Beauxbatons?" He took another sip.

She grinned. "Thank you, Alex. And yes, I do go to Beauxbatons. I just transferred. What about you?" She sipped from the beer Adam had brought her, watching Alex closely. She was biding her time, waiting for the perfect moment to really make her move.

Alex had a few more sips, glancing at the half empty bottle. "I've gone to the school since I was young. I thought I hadn't seen you around, but you transfered, so that would explain it, I guess."

She smiled and said,"Really? Well, that's pretty neat. I went to one school for four years, then I was transferred here. Something about it being closer or something..." She shrugged and took a rather large drink of beer. "Yes, that would explain why you haven't seen me around." She placed her hand on his thigh lightly, watching him closely. "So, Alex, do you come here often?"

Alexander nodded. "Yeah. What school did you used to go to?" He had a sip of his own drink. "To the club? I've been here a couple of times. With my girlfriend. It's a decent place."

She smiled and said,"Durmstrang." She slid her hand farther up his thigh a bit more, slowly and carefully. "Yeah, Adam's done a lot with the place. He's always been successful, so it's no surprise, really. It just goes to show that success runs in the family. He's the only cousin I have, too, and besides my brother and I, he's the last one left in the family..." She looked back at Alex. She had completely ignored the girlfriend comment. "So, Alex..." She had managed to get herself closer to him subtly, so that it was hardly noticeable unless you had memorized and marked where she used to be.

Alex glanced down at her hand. He hadn't noticed it at first, but as it rose higher he felt it, and looked toward Ana, slightly confused. What was she doing? He didn't particularly mind it - well, he wouldn't have usually - but he had a girlfriend, and had even told Ana that.
He ignored it, though, and replied, "So, you're cousins with the manager, then? Interesting." She moved closer, and, of course, he didn't notice, and said, one eyebrow raised, "Yeah. So."
{Shit. I just realized that Alex moved to the school, like, JUST. Oh man. -smacks self about- I must be tired. And in pain. Ignore that. -makes careless mistakes from lack of attention- Pretend that it says... something different, and that Katie didn't mess up a post with her OWN CHAR. x(}
